Laser Cutting Head
Integrating components such as the QBH fiber interface, collimating lens, focusing lens, automatic focusing module, ceramic ring, and nozzle, this unit is responsible for precisely focusing the laser beam onto the workpiece surface. Its optical path coaxiality and focus adjustment precision directly determine the quality of the cut edge; it is also the core functional component requiring the most frequent daily maintenance.
CNC System
Acting as the "brain" of the equipment, this system consists of a dedicated CNC motherboard, servo drive units, and specialized cutting process software. It interprets CAD designs and controls the beam's motion trajectory, enabling functions such as automatic cutting of complex shapes, smooth transitions at sharp corners, and dynamic power matching. Mainstream systems also support real-time parameter monitoring and self-diagnosis of faults.
