Signs of Abnormal Processing Quality
Failure to fully cut through standard-thickness material using established parameters; the kerf (cut width) widens significantly, and dross or burrs on the cut edge increase sharply-persisting even after ruling out dirty lenses or incorrect parameter settings.
Dimensional deviations in cut parts consistently exceed 0.1mm; repeatability drifts, and factory-standard precision cannot be restored even after a simple homing calibration.
Cut surface roughness increases noticeably; irregular striations appear on previously smooth surfaces, and these cannot be eliminated despite repeated fine-tuning of the focal point.
Signs of Abnormal Mechanical Operation
Distinct abnormal noises or stuttering occur in the guide rails and drive racks during high-speed operation; noise levels remain high despite routine lubrication, and operational resistance increases significantly.
Timing belt tension drops below 90% of the rated value; wear grooves appear on the belt surface, and the cutting path occasionally exhibits slight jitter or "ghosting" (doubling) effects.
The homing sequence slows down; the position of the homing switch actuator shifts; motion response lags across the X, Y, and Z axes; and servo motor load current remains consistently high.
Signs of Abnormal Core System Conditions
The chiller frequently triggers high-temperature alarms, and cooling water temperature fluctuates by more than ±3°C; heat dissipation efficiency drops significantly even after a fresh water change, indicating potential scale buildup or blockages in the water lines.
Frequent overheating warnings occur within the electrical cabinet; cooling fan speeds drop; heavy dust accumulates inside; and occasional issues arise, such as signal interference or drive unit errors causing system restarts.
