Daily Maintenance (Before and after each 8-hour shift)
Clear metal slag from the worktable and dust from guide rail surfaces; check the condition of the guide rail lubrication film.
Check the cooling water tank level and temperature (standard range: 25–30°C for fiber machines); verify stable gas pressure and check for leaks.
Visually inspect the cutting head's protective lens, clean the equipment exterior, and verify the proper functioning of the emergency stop and safety interlock devices.
Weekly Maintenance
Wipe guide rails and gear racks with a lint-free cloth dampened with anti-rust oil; replenish gear grease to minimize transmission wear.
Thoroughly clean the dust collection box, exhaust ducts, and filter screens to prevent dust accumulation from impairing exhaust efficiency.
Deep-clean the focusing lens and reflecting mirrors; check the timing belt tension (deflection of ≤5mm under pressure is acceptable).
Monthly Maintenance
After disconnecting power, use low-pressure compressed air to remove dust from the electrical cabinet; check that the power supply output voltage is within the 380V ±5% range.
Perform a comprehensive check of electrical terminal tightness and inspect cables for insulation damage or aging.
Calibrate the flatness of the worktable; remove old grease from the ball screw assembly and apply fresh lubricant.
