Precision Flat Cutting: Capable of cutting 2D shapes from various metal sheets. The kerf width is controllable between 0.05–0.10 mm, and the heat-affected zone is less than 0.5 mm; cut edges are smooth and burr-free, eliminating the need for secondary grinding.
Complex Multi-dimensional Cutting: Supports not only standard flat cutting but also bevel cutting. When paired with a robotic arm, it enables 3D cutting, replacing traditional five-axis laser equipment for processing irregular components.
Irregular Tube Cutting: Equipped with a dedicated tube-cutting module, it can perform hole-cutting, arc-cutting, and complex contour shaping on metal tubes, accommodating various profiles such as round and square tubes.
Beveling Function: Large-format models support bevel cutting, allowing for the direct creation of weld-ready bevel angles and eliminating the need for separate, subsequent beveling processes.
Intelligent Auxiliary Processing Functions
Dynamic Autofocus: Sensors within the cutting head monitor the material surface height in real-time and automatically adjust the focal position. This ensures precise focus and consistent cutting accuracy, even if the material is slightly warped or uneven in thickness.
Intelligent Nesting and Edge Finding: The CNC system supports one-click CAD file importation and automatic intelligent nesting. It also features automatic edge detection, maximizing raw material utilization and minimizing waste.
Adaptive Process Parameters:The system includes a built-in database of process parameters tailored to various materials and thicknesses. It automatically matches settings such as laser power, cutting speed, and assist gas pressure, allowing even beginners to operate the machine quickly.
Sharp Corner Smoothing:For sharp-angled contours, the system automatically optimizes the cutting path to prevent over-burning at the corners, resulting in smoother, cleaner finishes at workpiece turns.
