Tiered Maintenance Schedule
Daily Inspections: Before startup, check belts and chains for looseness or wear, and verify the responsiveness of emergency stops and photoelectric sensors; clear debris from work surfaces and run the system without a load for 3–5 minutes; after production, turn off the power, clean equipment surfaces, and apply dust protection.
Weekly Maintenance: Thoroughly tighten fasteners connecting the frame and workstation equipment; apply specialized lubricant to drive components such as chains, bearings, and guide rails, carefully controlling the quantity to prevent excessive dust accumulation.
Monthly In-depth Inspection: Check the operating status of motors, PLCs, and sensors, and inspect wiring for signs of aging; calibrate parameters such as conveyor speed and positioning accuracy; clean accumulated dust from inside electrical control cabinets to ensure proper heat dissipation.
Quarterly/Annual Overhaul: Replace hydraulic oil and filter elements; inspect the equipment's overall coaxiality and parallelism; perform preventive replacement of wear parts that have reached their service life limits.
